GENERAL FORMS

A general petition form has been prepared for our university students to express all kinds of requests (grade objection, excused course registration, excuse exam, Erasmus and Farabi procedures, exemption procedures, etc.) and complaints. Click here to download the student petition form. In order to make changes on the form, you MUST SAVE IT TO YOUR COMPUTER.
The petition should be filled in the red boxes on the computer, printed out and submitted to the relevant unit. After printing, the box in the student's request section will be manually marked and signed. The form will not be accepted if manual marking other than these sections is made. Forms without computer printouts will not be accepted by the Student Affairs Department.
DISSERTATION AND THESIS PROCESSES
Thesis processes are as follows. According to the regulation, students are obliged to follow the process. The next step cannot be taken until one step in the process is completed.
